Staffing Manager
Employment Plus is in search of an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Staffing Manager, at our Coldwater, MI branch location.
The core responsibility of the Staffing Manager is to recruit, screen, interview, evaluate, orientate, and assign employees to meet our client's needs. It is imperative that the Staffing Manager be able to work in a fast paced environment. Employment Plus strives to meet or exceed branch client/customer expectations through the implementation of outstanding service standards and methods; communication with clients; and trouble-shooting customer complaints effectively.

Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed minimum sales and marketing requirements
Adhere to and contribute to efficient staffing operations
Treat all applicants and clients with respect, integrity, and professionalism
Assist with supervising the Staffing Specialist and Staff Support in the absence of the Area Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of previous customer service experience is required.
2-3 years of staffing industry experience is required.
Needs to be customer focused with a sense of urgency.
Must be detail orientated and have excellent organizational skills.
Must be computer literate, with a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Applications.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
