Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions and more.
Schedule appointments for auto repair/maintenance/recall work Write up customer's vehicle concerns accurately Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, ensure customers are satisfied Maintain high levels of customer service Other duties may be assigned Qualifications - Service Advisors:
Auto Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required! EXCELLENT customer service and sales skills.
Takes initiative!
